Two seats, real ownership

Small team, direct impact. Both roles are fully remote within the US.

  1. 01Remote (US)

    Actuarial Software Developer

    Work directly with the founder on product development, testing, and client support. This role combines actuarial knowledge with software development. Ideal for someone who wants to build, not just analyze.

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing actuarial exams or recently credentialed
    • Proficient in Python, JavaScript, React, Go, SQL, or similar
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Familiarity with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
    • Interest in health insurance, employee benefits, or actuarial modeling
  2. 02Remote (US)

    Business Development & Client Success

    Own client relationships end-to-end, from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing support. This role combines sales, account management, and client success in a high-autonomy environment.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in employee benefits, insurance, or B2B SaaS
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable leading demos and managing multiple relationships
    • Self-directed with a bias toward action
