The short version of how PlanVantage is packaged, priced, and billed.

Everything, in plain terms
- How does the free trial work?
- Fourteen days on the Full license, up to five plan sponsors, no credit card. When it ends you are never charged. Everything you built stays in view mode while your account is open, and a license picks up where you left off.
- Can employers use PlanVantage?
- Yes. Employers model their own renewal on Scenario, $6,000 per license per year, alongside their broker.
- How many plan sponsors can I have?
- 25 on AV, 35 on Scenario, 50 on Full, per license, pooled across your organization; a free trial allows five. A cap only stops you creating one more, and nothing you built is removed while your account is open. Five or more licenses on any tier have no cap.
- How is pricing structured?
- Per single-user license. Sold by the year or month to month. Each added license costs less through the fifth (five Full licenses are $30,000 a year), the sixth is included, the seventh onward is 37.5% off list. Five Full licenses make your organization Enterprise.
- How does Enterprise work?
- Your organization is Enterprise from five Full licenses, at the same ladder prices: sixth included, seventh onward 37.5% off list. Enterprise adds single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID (OpenID Connect), the option to require SSO for your domain, audit logs with SIEM export, and priority support.
- Is AI included?
- Yes, on every tier: extraction, chat, and AI Fill. No usage meter. Fair use guards against automated abuse.
- Can I upload protected health information?
- Not without a business associate agreement (Terms, section 6). Most of a renewal package is not PHI: rates, enrollment, contributions, plan design, aggregate claims. Large-claimant detail usually is. Need it? Ask us for a BAA before you upload.
- How do I pay?
- By card or bank debit on either term, or by invoice on Net 30 terms for a year.
